Mike Stickland - Managing Director - has over forty years experience developing, running and marketing new businesses. Through Planning Solutions Ltd, Mike operates Conkers a £16 million visitor attraction in the midlands. Mike also runs a Harry Ramsden franchise in Brighton. Mike is a former Board Director of the Rank Group, where he was responsible for developing the Oasis Holiday Village (now center Parcs) and is a former Operations Director of Warner Holidays.

Bob Ede - Production Director - has 25 years experience in broadcast television . He has edited a huge number of major documentaries, dramas and series, including Horizon, Wish You Were Here, Business Matters, Panorama and the Bill for the BBC, ITV, C4, C5 Sky and Discovery Channel. Bob also directs corporate video in partnership with Lesley Ede, a highly experienced researcher and producer.

Amanda Allsop - Sales Director - has 25 years experience in marketing and is very efficient at identifying the needs of clients and developing campaigns to suit their aims and objectives.

Richard Linington - Research Manager - with nine years experience working for a number of companies including Razorfish, a pioneer in digital services, BMP DDB a multi-national advertising agency and as a freelance research manager at the Design Council. He helped set up Planning Solutions Consulting Ltd in 2005 and works with a number of clients including Hampshire County COuncil, Tourism South East, Seeda, English Partnerships and the Forestry Commission.
